Operational Excellence Manager (f/m/d)

Analysis, evaluation, targeted and sustainable process optimization regarding production as well as order flow from a lean perspective

Communicating as well as monitoring the achievement of the set lean goals

Identification, structuring, coordination and active follow-up of lean initiatives

Development and introduction of lean, flowing, standardized processes in cooperation with the executives

Lean coaching and training

Provision of regular status updates on the lean activities

Recording of the cost reduction potential

Participation in cross-location lean management activities, as well as location-specific activities in all our production locations (Europe, USA, China)

Reporting directly to the Team Leader Operational Excellence (Bad Oeynhausen, Germany)

Technical or economical degree, e.g. Systems Engineering, Sustainable Engineering, Smart Production

Solid experience in the independent introduction and implementation of lean management in a manufacturing company

Proven process expertise and strong analytical skills

Sound capabilities in the implentation of lean tools and methods – 5S, ShopFloorManagement, Kanban, OnePiece Flow, VSM, Kaizen, Kata etc.

Well-balanced and motivational leader

Willingness to deal with the special responsibilities in the production of hazardous material storage systems

Confident handling of the MS Office programs

Willingness to travel

Six Sigma Green Belt certification or similar Lean Manager qualification desirable

Very good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German is desirable / alternatively French or Czech
